Ulm-Industrial
2025
Located on the Sunshine Coast, the Ulm Street development reinterprets the industrial shed through a contemporary architectural approach, combining coastal influences with a refined palette of timber, weatherboard, raw concrete and Cemintel cladding. The form is defined by clean lines, a cantilevered upper level and skillion roof, creating a strong street presence. Carefully positioned glazing and casement windows introduce natural light and capture prevailing breezes, improving internal comfort. Flexible office and workshop spaces support a range of uses, while subtle LED lighting enhances the building’s identity at night, demonstrating how thoughtful design can elevate standard industrial buildings.
